My two final observations for Latihan Mengajar. Nurfarhana Nadia (right) and Nurshuhaha (middle). They have another two weeks to go in SMK Tun Hussein Onn. Nadia was the one who were having problems with her Guru Pembimbing at the begining of her LM. She contacted me saying that she would like to postphone her LM. When i pushed her on why she would like to postphone, she told me about being scold by her Guru Pembimbing everyday. The day I came to see her, she came crying and Shuhana cried too because she said Nadia never cried since the first day she stepped in USM. I told them to be patient.. liase with the school principles and the case solve. Yesterday I told Nadia.. masalah dtg sebagai dugaan & ujian.. kalau dia tangguh tempohari dia mungkin tak bergraduat tahun ini. I'm like her mother.. kalau dia buat salah sy akan tegur dan marah.. tp sy sentiasa ada untuk menyokong dan membantu. Alhamdulillah dah nak selesai pun LM mereka..Insyaallah hujung tahun ni akan konvo.. Moga menjadi pendidik yg berjaya.
