First time buat sand colouring. #Eryna sgt excited. Sampai xmo berhenti. Hasilnya mngagumkan tp entah mcm mana hasil akhir boleh hilang.. ada org ambil tanpa disedari.. Frust jer... Anyway nampak gaya mcm Eryna minat arts mcm mommy juga ni.. #anakpapamommy #BudakTahun1

Terharu bila dihargai.. Vicky lulus viva (ujian lisan) Doktor Pendidikan pagi tadi dgn hanya minor correction.. sgt sedikit pembetulan. Perjalanan study dia turun naik since 2011. Dah banyak tahun. Tadi waktu berbual dgn beberapa org student setelah dia habis viva, dia berkata kpd mereka... u all tau tak sy bnyk bersalah pd Dr. sbb sy bnyk menghilang diri.. sekjab sy muncul, skjab sy hilang.. Dan setiap kali sy dtg serah diri Dr tak pernah marah sy, just ask me to proceed, give me advice, push me dan made me confident utk selasaikan study. Sampai seorg student Chinese yg bkn di bawah sv sy berkata, Dr. can I tumpang u.. can u help push me coz my sv do not push me like u did to your students. Saya hanya mampu berkata2 dlm hati.. aku manusia biasa.. kdg stress juga dgn student yg minta difahami ttp kdg2 lecturer ni juga tersepit di arena kehidupan.. However, kata2 dari student yg berjaya pemberi semangat dan sedikit sebanyak membahagiakan. Yg sy harap cuma.. moga ianya menjadi bekalan utk sy bawa pulang ke SANA.. InsyaAllah.. Amin
Bekas pelajar Whatsapp bgtau dia nak smbg PhD atau EdD. Dia adalah salah seorg student terbaik sy waktu Master. Utk penyelidikan hanya 2 org yg dpt A dr 50+ pelajar dan dia salah seorg drpnya. Tp dia risau takut sy keluar dari USM sbb sy mmg sgt desperate tidak mahu duduk berjauhan dgn suami lg. Lantas sy ckp klu suami sy dpt tukar Penang sy mmg xkan pergi mana2.. lantas dia ckp, mak dia nk pi haji, nk minta doakan utk kami. Yg sy amat terharu bila dia ckp mak dia tentu akan doa bersungguh2.. demi mahukan anaknya belajar di bawah sy. Sungguh sy terharu.. sebab sy rasa diri sy sgt kerdil, bnyk kekurangan dan bnyk perkara yg sy perlu lakukan utk perbaiki diri.. 😓😓
Kalau tidak kerana takut lambat mnghadiri sesi viva pelajar pagi ini, mungkin tidak akan meredah jem pg ini. Sejam di atas jambatan smmgnya sgt mencabar. Pagi ni viva pelajar EdD saya yg waktu sy sakit keracunan mknan pun sy ke ofis sbb candidature dia dah nak habis. Semoga hari ni berjln lancar..

What Is Mental Health?

- Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry
- Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse
- Family history of mental health problems
Mental health problems are common but help is available. People with mental health problems can get better and many recover completely.
Early Warning Signs
Not sure if you or someone you know is living with mental health problems? Experiencing one or more of the following feelings or behaviors can be an early warning sign of a problem:
- Eating or sleeping too much or too little
- Pulling away from people and usual activities
- Having low or no energy
- Feeling numb or like nothing matters
- Having unexplained aches and pains
- Feeling helpless or hopeless
- Smoking, drinking, or using drugs more than usual
- Feeling unusually confused, forgetful, on edge, angry, upset, worried, or scared
- Yelling or fighting with family and friends
- Experiencing severe mood swings that cause problems in relationships
- Having persistent thoughts and memories you can’t get out of your head
- Hearing voices or believing things that are not true
- Thinking of harming yourself or others
- Inability to perform daily tasks like taking care of your kids or getting to work or school
